The Year 1980...
Lillian Clover Potter cowered, covering the small form of her one year old son with her body to protect him from the madman behind her. Somehow she knew that her husband was dead, he would be here now if he wasn't. All she could do was protect this child with her life. "Not my baby, take me instead, please not Harry" these words slipped from her lips coated in sobs as tears streaked her cheeks and fell into the mop of black hair that had formed on her sons head. A flash of light permeated the room and then, nothing. Lily dared to look up and when she did all she saw was the disembodied form of the Dark Lord floating from the room, unable to touch anything. His wand left abandoned on the floor. Looking towards the door she saw Sirius Black, his wand in his hand and a look of grief on his face. "James, he's dead" were the final words she heard before she let the darkness claim her, never once releasing the form of her child. Peter Pettigrew was arrested that day, charged with consorting with Lord Voldemort and betraying his friends and Sirius took Lily with him, fullfilling his promise to his best friend to care for her and baby Harry should anything happen to James.
20 Years Later...
Its the year 2001 and the second war has finally ended but not the way that most were hoping. Tom Riddle has his body, his name and his full strength back and things are going horribly. Harry James Potter lay dead on the ground, his eyes wide in suprise, his body in perfect condition. His mother, Lily, sobs into the shoulder of her best friend Andromeda Tonks and the death eaters scream in triumph as their lord stands before them, basking in the glory of his victory over the Boy-Who-Supposedly-Lived. Severus Snape stands to his right looking undoubtedly pleased that the last memory of James Potter is dead. People are calling out for Albus Dumbledore, but most know that he is not going to come, most suspect that he is dead though at whose hand they haven't a clue. A distraught Molly Weasley looks on as her youngest child, and only daughter, hangs off the arm of one Draco Malfoy. The world is in mass histeria and the Dark Lord is about to make some changes to the laws of the Wizarding World.
Present Day (2011)...
Lord Voldemort is finally using his birth name, returning to his human form. Blood Traitors are pretending to live up to pureblood standars so that they can help the muggleborns and smuggle them out of the country. Muggles and Muggleborns are hunted like rodents, the Purebloods (and those Halfbloods that have denied any connection to the Muggle World) are in the most prominent positions in the Ministry, Hogwarts and other top facilities in the Wizarding World. Werewolves, Vampires and other minorities have more rights and more chance of recieving work and things are not what they use to be. The Dark Lord Voldemort declared himself Lord and Ruler of the Wizarding World, Lucius Malfoy, his second in command, becoming the public voice for his plans as the Minister of Magic. Things have been turned right on their end. Hogwarts' staff are no longer allowed to speak of anything that is not directly involved with their classes, students are forbidden from the same. Anyone found attempting to cause a rebellion against the 'New Order' is immediately exterminated or, if they are lucky, sentenced to Azkaban.
But hope will arrive for the Wizarding World in the form of a child born of darkness. A prophecy spoken by a world-renowned Seer, who is known by no other name than 'The Seer', has fortold the story of a young girl with the power to overthrow this order and this time she will have the power the Dark Lord knows not. For few know that because of Lily Potter's survival the prophecy about her son was void.
The one with the power to defeat the new order approaches, born to those who are of the darkest line, born to those of the purest blood. Born as the twelfth month rises. And she shall be raised to be the perfect one, and she shall hate her raisers. The one with the power to throw the new order approaches, born as the twelfth month rises.
The prophecy was spoken to none other than Sirius Black and he shall strive to bring the Order together to find this child and raise her from her family with the knowledge that no-one graced young Harry. So now I leave you and you need to decide. Who will win and who will die? Will the Wizarding World overcome this Dark Age or will it remain for all eternity? Who is the prophecy child and will Sirius Black gain enough support from old friends to restart the Order and begin to defy the New Order of the Dark? Who can be trusted with your secrets and who is a traitor? Keep your friends close and your enemies closer because a New Age has begun![/size][/center]
